Pellets in ready-to-fill form and ready-to-compress Granules
Pellets can be defined as small, free-flowing, spherical solid form manufactured by the agglomeration of fine powders or granules of drug substances and excipients using appropriate processing equipments. The advantages of pellets with the advent of controlled-release technology in single-unit dosage capsule form offers a high degree of flexibility in the design and development of oral dosage forms.
Atlanta Associates with over decades of experience undertakes contract manufacture of various Modified Release Pellets / Retard Micro Granules of various Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) including different combination blends in Ready-To-Fill oral dosage forms at such units approved by FDA designed to meet the regulatory requirements in-line with the cGMP / WHO-GMP norms. Our company is making its presence felt and making rapid progress in associating with those manufacturers having Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS) namely Sustained/Controlled/Extended/Modified/Continuous Release, Ready-To-Fill Pellets and Ready-To-Compress Granules.
