Pharmaceutical Turnkey Project Services overseas is a comprehensive, end-to-end solution provided to design, build, and deliver a fully operational pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. These services cover everything from planning, designing, conceptual drawing, machinery supply, installation, etc. from the initial concept to the final handover, including all necessary infrastructure, equipment, and systems. The goal is to ensure that the client receives a fully functional facility that meets all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.

The product registration in most countries is a lengthy and expensive process and is required for every product. Whereas the manufacturing unit of a country needs a one-time license for manufacturing a particular category, the product approval is easier after getting the license. Atlanta Associates, in close association with strategic manufacturers, undertakes turn-key projects in Technology Transfer to the interested parties of any country. The Technology Transfer includes designing manufacturing facilities of all categories, managing manufacturing processes, and supporting administrative aspects.
Atlanta Associates invites prospective clients interested in setting up a unit in their country for Government supplies and local marketing.
There are two types of proposals for setting up formulation units:
We are ready to establish both types of manufacturing facilities for prospective clients. The semi-finished formulation ready mix with excipients, coated/uncoated with/without coating material packed in bulk drum packing of 25/50 Kgs and/or tablets and capsules packed in bulk drum packing containing 10,000 tablets, which will be further blistered and packed in the country, can be supplied. Similarly, bulk packing of liquids and injections without labeling can be supplied, which will later be labeled and packed in the country of consumption.
The complete unit for manufacturing can also be installed according to the required capacity. Tablet and/or capsule units include bulk drug processing, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, packing, and testing. Similarly, for liquids and injections, the unit can be designed. All units will match production requirements.
The agreement to transfer technology can be entered by negotiation and mutual consent. Terms can be settled mutually.
Packing Material Artwork Designing and Printing
We provide high-quality packaging solutions and our expertise includes the production of custom printed boxes, pharmaceutical cartons, mono cartons, Dispenser Boxes, labels, Halogen sticker labels and pack inserts. Advanced printing technologies, timely deliveries, and ability to handle complex and customized packaging needs with preparation of Artwwork designs of packing Materials as per Customer’s requirements. We additionally provide Artwork design as per the customer’s installed machinery with printing of quality lidding foils – Rigid PVC Thermoforming film and Blister Aluminium Foil developed under clean and hygienic conditions to ensure safety of our client’s products. These foils are offered both in plain and printed forms. Primer coated Aluminium foil, hard tempered with HSL coating is available in various thickness ranging from 20 microns to 30 microns as requested by customers. HSL Coating can be done up to 3-10 GSM. We offer solutions for sealing with different Forming Films like PVC, PVDC, Cold Form, Tropical etc. We also undertake preparation of Artwork design with cylinders for printing of Flexible multi layer laminated extrusion film for ORS sachets and Therapeutic Food Ready-to-eat Nutritional products in Powder / Granules form packed in sachets.
